MB Bank (Cambodia) Plc. respectfully invites qualified and interested companies to participate in the tender package “Renewal of Technical Support Services and Software License for Server and Storage Infrastructure at the Data Center”, with the following general information:

1. Tender Information
Tender Package Name: Renewal of Technical Support Services and Software License for Server and Storage Infrastructure at the Data Center.
Scope of Work: Renewal of official manufacturer support services for NetApp storage and Cisco server infrastructure devices.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Receiving the Tender Documents
Companies eligible to receive the Tender Documents must meet all of the following criteria:
Possess a valid Business Registration License in the field of Information Technology (IT) in Vietnam or Cambodia.
Confirm that the supplier’s net asset value was positive in the most recent financial year.
Provide confirmation of at least two (02) contracts for hardware maintenance services for NetApp or Cisco devices within the last five (05) years.

3. Registration and Receipt of Tender Documents
Interested companies are requested to register by sending an email to [email protected].
In the registration email, companies must confirm their compliance with all the above eligibility criteria and attach a scanned copy of their Business Registration License.

Note: No detailed supporting documents are required at this stage.
Registration Deadline: Before 5:30 PM on 05 November 2026 (GMT+7).
Tender Document Distribution: Tender Documents will be sent by email to eligible companies on 06 November 2026.
