- Cash Prize is net amount to be credited to the customer’s account (excludes Tax).

- Type of Fund: New funds through cash deposit, bank transfer, or check deposit. (Renewal of an existing Term Deposit requires prior notification/approval.
- Transaction Channels: Over the Counter (OTC) or via the Mobile App.
- Minimum Amount Per Account: KHR 400,000 or USD 100.
- Pre-mature Withdrawal: No penalty fee will be applied. Interest rates of current and savings accounts will apply instead (Current rate: 0.75% p.a. for KHR and 0.50% p.a. for USD).
