Relationship Manager -Retail Banking

Job Description

  • Manage client’s portfolio
  • Acquiring new customers
  • Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans
  • Evaluate creditworthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
  • Determine all applicable ratios and metrics and set up debt payment plans
  • Ensuring smoothness of day-to-day operation and lending activities
  • Acquiring new account opening
  • Build referral networks, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services
  • Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process
  • Write up credit proposal with high responsibility
  • Conduct daily sale report to line manager
  • Follow up client installment repayment
  • Ensure full compliance with all bank’s policies, lending guidelines & procedures and with audit recommendations.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or other related field
  • Experience in sales role in banking industry or related field 
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Result-oriented
  • High commitment with problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Friendly, Dynamic, Confident, and willing to learn and take on new challenges
