Job Description

  • Manage and grow the assigned deposit portfolio to achieve business targets
  • Proactively acquire new customers and drive consistent growth in account openings
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored banking solutions across a range of deposit products and services
  • Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day client servicing and operational processes
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Develop and leverage referral networks to expand the customer base
  • Deliver high-quality service by going the extra mile to exceed client expectations
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the line manager
  • Ensure full compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit recommendations

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in deposit mobilization, sales, or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong sales mindset with excellent customer service skills
  • Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • High level of commitment, accountability, and problem-solving capability
  • Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
  • Dynamic, confident, and customer-focused personality with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
