Job Description

Manage and grow the assigned deposit portfolio to achieve business targets
Proactively acquire new customers and drive consistent growth in account openings
Identify customer needs and provide tailored banking solutions across a range of deposit products and services
Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day client servicing and operational processes
Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction
Develop and leverage referral networks to expand the customer base
Deliver high-quality service by going the extra mile to exceed client expectations
Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the line manager
Ensure full compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit recommendations

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience in deposit mobilization, sales, or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
Strong sales mindset with excellent customer service skills
Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets
High level of commitment, accountability, and problem-solving capability
Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
Dynamic, confident, and customer-focused personality with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
