MB Bank (Cambodia) Plc. (MBCambodia) respectfully invites qualified and interested companies to participate in the tender package “Procurement of Servers and Storage Systems for the Second Data Center in Cambodia”, with the following general information:
 

1. Tender Information

• Tender Package Name: Procurement of Servers and Storage Systems for the Second Data Center in Cambodia.
• Implementation Location: Phnom Penh City, Cambodia.
• Implementation Duration: 08 months.
• Scope of Work: Construction of data center infrastructure for MBCambodia, including the deployment of server systems, storage systems, and other related technical components.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Receiving the Tender Documents

Companies eligible to receive the Tender Documents must meet all of the following criteria:

• Possess a valid Business Registration License in the field of Information Technology (IT) in Vietnam or Cambodia.
• Provide confirmation that the supplier’s net asset value is positive in the most recent financial year.
• Provide confirmation of at least two (02) contracts for the implementation of equipment (servers or storage systems) that have been completed and/or are currently being implemented within the last five (05) years.

3. Registration and Receipt of Tender Documents

In the email, the company is requested to confirm its compliance with the above eligibility criteria and attach a scanned copy of its Business Registration License.
Note: “No detailed supporting documents are required at this stage”.

Deadline for registration email submission: before 5:30 PM on 23 February 2026 (GMT +7).

For companies that meet the eligibility requirements, the Tender Documents will be sent via email on 24 February 2026.
