Job Description

Manage client’s deposit portfolio
Acquiring new customers
Acquiring new account opening day by day
Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of banking services
Ensuring smoothness of day-to-day operation
Build strong referral networks
Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction
Conduct daily sales reports to line manager
Ensure full compliance with all bank’s policies, guidelines & procedures and with audit recommendations.

Bachelor's Degree in business management or other related field
Experience in deposit collection sales role in banking industry or related field
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Result oriented
Hight commitment with problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Friendly, Dynamic, Confident, and willing to learn and take new challenges
