Welcome customers to obtain information and explain available services.
Deliver quality customer services through counter transactions, guide and instruct customers with digital services and products which performed via CRM/ATM.
Promote and cross-sell bank products and services.
Open & close accounts and ensure documentation is in order.
Attend to customers personally where necessary and provide feedback on customers’ needs and complaints.
Performing and handling customers' deposits and withdrawals, money exchange; issuing cheques & collecting service fees and noncash transactions; Print Bank Statement, etc.
Count Money and check counterfeit notes.
Assist customers in completing any Bank Applications (Deposit/Withdrawal/Account Transfer/Local/Oversea Remittance Application/Slip & other requests (if any).
Be Confidential with the customer’s balance and other transactions.
Check and close the balance of daily cash operations.
Prepare the necessary daily, monthly reports, and other reports as required.
Other tasks/projects as assigned by Management.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in banking and finance or other related field
Minimum 1-year experience in customer service in the banking industry or related field
Excellent customer service and sales skills
High commitment with problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Friendly, Dynamic, Confident, and willing to learn and take new challenges
