Job Description

  • Analyze and establish data-driven insights to develop and implement strategic plans for the assigned work area.
  • Oversee and manage all ATM/CRM/SmartBank operations within the Hub, including cash management, transaction supervision, refunds, and error resolution.
  • Coordinate with branches on installation, efficiency assessments, and optimization of ATM/CRM operations.
  • Recommend and implement solutions to improve operational quality, enhance productivity, and automate workflows.
  • Issue and manage CSS cards and other card-related tasks from the card issuance and reconciliation units.
  • Perform reconciliation duties for card transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
  • Provide mobile support to other units as needed, including assisting with check clearing operations.
  • Lead and support the execution of related projects as required.
  • Supervise and approve accounting tasks, ATM/CRM reconciliations, document management, and reporting processes within the Hub.
  • Ensure timely reporting and maintain operational efficiency by providing necessary updates and analytics to management.
  • Perform other tasks/projects as assigned to support operational efficiency and business needs.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in banking and finance or other related fields
  • Experience in ATM, CRM, Card
  • Result-oriented
  • High commitment, problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Friendly and willing to learn and take new challenges
