Identify transaction banking opportunities and convert to lead and/or expand the transaction banking business to deliver a suite of cash management, deposits, FXs, and trade finance products and actively promoting cross-selling opportunities.
Execute and drive assigned portfolio sales plan to ensure that revenue targets and Key Performance indicators are met.
Ability to craft complex transaction banking solutions to meet the increasing requirements of sector-based clients.
Establish strong working relationships with the product management team.
Lead and collaborate with all stakeholders within transaction banking and across other business units to design, Develop, and deliver solutions successfully to clients.
Update Product Division on client needs and opportunities, as well as market pricing and trends.
Q7 build strong relationships with clients, including individuals responsible for the cash management and trade finance business as well as treasury and procurement personnel.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, or Business.
3 to 5 years of experience in relationship management, business development, and sales, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills to quickly establish rapport with corporate clients.
Good knowledge of cash management products and solutions including working capital solutions. Knowledge of trade finance and FX are added advantage.
Excellent customer skills and a strong sense of initiative, drive and ability to work under pressure to meet and exceed sales objectives.
Demonstrate knowledge of customer needs through appropriate business analysis and questioning.
Proficiency in presentation and negotiation, a collaborative team-oriented approach.
